Although our dolls are built with Medical-grade TPE material which can last much longer than regular dolls.  However, we understand that things occasionally break during the delivery process and usage.

For our doll products, we offer a one-year limited warranty, which means we will repair your dolls for free and we will cover the replacement cost and other repair fees except for the shipping fee. After one year, you can always contact our support for any questions. We will provide instructions on how to complete the repair.

If you receive your doll and it has any defects, as long as you notify us within 24 hours of receiving your doll and the doll has not been used in any way, we can arrange for the doll to be returned. Please read our return and refund page for more information.

All accessories sales are final.

For custom orders, you can cancel the order before shipment but there is a restocking fee that needs to be charged depending on the actual scenarios.

• If you change your mind or place the order by accident within 24hours,15% processing fee will be deducted from your total order amount. (We have to do it since our payment processor will charge us even the transaction gets cancelled)r.
• After the 24-hour window, our factory will start producing your doll, if you still wanna cancel it,  it will be subject to a Seller’s restocking fee (“ Restocking Fee”) of 50% from the value of the Product order. We will provide to Buyer a refund of funds paid minus the Restocking Fee to the Buyer’s original payment method and other fees may apply such as design, mold material, processing, makeup and transaction fees.
• After shipped out order cancellation is not possible.

After shipment, the cancellation is not possible cuz the doll is handled by our courier and we cannot intercept the parcel anymore.

For ready-to-ship orders, we cannot cancel your order except out of stock since the warehouse order system is connected with our backend and the order details will be sent there once we receive your payment. Please note there might be a time interval for tracking number uploading but please rest assured that your doll is already on the way!

Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns after you start using the doll. However, we stand behind our product and do whatever we can to satisfy our customers.

I am sorry to hear that but we understand it may happen. In this case, you can revisit our other sex dolls or various accessories. I am sure you will enjoy the new accessories with your doll again.
